SIRIKIT is a Thai culinary, dining in the dark experience in Dallas. Our restaurant opened in 2022 with our focal point being to create a new experience for our guests. The menu is created by a world-renowned chef, with inspiration drawn from local cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and personal experiences. We are proud to have received prestigious awards and critical acclaim, but we’re most proud of giving our guests unforgettable memories.
MEET OUR TEAM
Our team is made up visually impaired and folks with disabilities. They have indeed motivated and inspired us to develop this concept, a concept to help people experience their other senses through dining. This social business will help raise awareness toward the visually impaired and blind community. From the first days of training until today, we have learned to live and to experience their world for a better understanding of their lives. For them, it is a doorway to the field of hospitality service excellence. Hundreds of hours of training, and a new world gradually opened up to them and also to all of us as we can see the world from a different perspective.
